IPA Award Committee invited the 9 award winners of 3rd IPA Research Grant Award to 3rd IPA International Workshop in Shanghai, China and held an award ceremony on 15 October 2010. First, Emeritus Prof. Kozo Tagaya, the Award Committee Chairman, disclosed the criterion of evaluation of the award. Then Honorary President Akio Kitamura conferred testimonials and grant on the winners. Every winner made 15 minutes presentation of the award winning research proposals to all attendees. Variety of themes was attractive enough for participants to enjoy questions and answers. the award winners are going to prepare and make researches from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 for a year. The results will be presented at 4th IPA International Workshop.
