We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of the activities of the International Press-in Association (IPA).
The Editorial Board is pleased to publish Volume 9, Issue 4 on schedule. This issue is the special edition for The Third International Conference on Press-in Engineering 2024, Singapore (ICPE2024) which was held from 3 to 5 July in Singapore.
This newsletter includes an overview of the topics presented at the ICPE2024, such as pile performance, piling process, infrastructure development, disaster prevention and mitigation, case histories, and others.
Overall, this newsletter covers the latest research, advancement in technology, and practical application of deep foundations (especially related to Press-in Engineering), which will benefit the related community.

From this issue, we have moved from the conventional PDF format to a web page format.
This will make it easier to view on smartphones, and will also make it easier to translate into multiple languages.
