We are pleased to announce the publication of the “Guideline to Drafting a Specification for Press-in Piling Method”.
When adopting the press-in piling method to a particular construction project, necessary technical requirements need to be specified in the project specification in detail. The project specification is a set of documents describing in detail the scope of work, materials to be used, construction methods, and quality of workmanship for a parcel of work to be placed under contract.
This guideline covers the above wide range of categories and describes details of each requirement, considering all possible conditions for the press-in piling method. We would be pleased if this guideline is used for drafting project specifications, providing appendices of contract documents and training of staff etc.
