10th IPA Seminar on Press-in Technology in Mumbai

last updated: 23 June, 2026

In India, the rapid development of infrastructure in recent years has further intensified the need for technological innovation and sustainability. In light of these circumstances, this seminar will highlight a range of issues that the Indian construction industry is tackling. In addition, the seminar will present practical information and numerous case histories illustrating how the Press-in Piling Method can meet these issues and rising social demands.

Participants will gain in‑depth insights not only into the fundamentals of the Press‑in Piling Method, but also into its advantages and key considerations when evaluating its adoption for construction projects.

For more detailed press-in piling technical background and reference, please refer to the Seminar Pamphlet.

WHAT IS PRESS-IN?

The Press-in Method installs prefabricated piles using static load, minimizing noise and vibration. It enables construction in restricted and difficult site conditions, including adverse ground. Originating in Japan, it has been widely applied worldwide, including in Southeast Asia.
